When is the check-in and check-out?

The check-out time is anytime until 12:00 p.m., while the check-in time begins at 2:00 p.m. However, ensuring your comfort is our top priority. If you arrive in Chefchaouen earlier than the designated check-in time and your room is already prepared, you will be granted access. We are flexible to accommodate your needs. Additionally, you are most welcome to store your luggage in our designated storage area and utilize the hotel amenities if your room is not yet ready. For check-out, please ensure that the room is vacated by 12:00 p.m.
Nevertheless, you are welcome to remain in the hotel or leave your
luggage until your departure time.

Riad Nila, situated at Rue El Haj El Mokhtar Quart, 93000, Morocco, boasts an exceptional location in Chefchaouen. We are nestled in the heart of the medina, in close proximity to all the attractions that tourists desire to see, particularly the enchanting blue streets ideal for Instagram-worthy photos. The main square is just a leisurely 2-minute stroll from our premises, and the main river, Ras Lmaa, can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Moreover, the renowned Spanish mosque, a popular spot to witness breathtaking sunsets, is a mere 25-minute walk away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Understanding the flexibility of travel plans and the propensity for change, we have devised a highly suitable cancellation policy to ensure you do not have to worry about your finances. Here's what you can expect if you decide to cancel your booking:

Full refund if you cancel one month before your scheduled arrival date.
Partial refund of 50% if you cancel 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.
No refund if you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date.

Can I bring pets?

Unfortunately, while we hold a great affection for pets, we are unable to accommodate them at our location. As much as we adore our furry companions, their presence may lead to complications and hinder the tranquil atmosphere we strive to provide for all our guests. Our aim is to ensure that every guest experiences a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Can we arrange airport transfers?

Absolutely! We offer transportation services not only from the hotel but also to various locations across Morocco and vice versa. Simply reach out to our staff via email or WhatsApp after making your reservation, and we will be delighted to arrange a transfer for you.

Is there WIFI available throughout the entire hotel?

Yes, we provide high-speed internet access, allowing you to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, download files, or engage in online work seamlessly throughout the premises.

Can I conduct photo sessions in the hotel if I am not a guest?

Our hotel is exclusively reserved for our guests. However, there are specific periods during the year when we allocate time for photo sessions. If you are interested in booking a photo session, kindly contact us for further information and availability.

Is smoking allowed?

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy in all our rooms. However, we provide designated open spaces, such as our three terraces, where guests can indulge in smoking while enjoying the splendid views and perhaps savoring a delightful Moroccan mint tea or a refreshing beverage. Please be aware that smoking inside our premises is strictly
prohibited and will result in penalties
